How easy is it to assemble a Cart? (Or, as one of our dear customers put it, is it one-swear-word job, a two-swear-word job, or a three-swear-word job?) For the most part they are very easy to assemble. Typically, it takes between 45 minutes and an hour and a half to assemble (depending on size of Cart and accessories you are adding). The instructions are straight forward, easy to read, and we have a great support staff available weekdays between 6am and 6pm PST to offer additional assistance if needed. It is good to remember that the larger Carts are pretty heavy, and the assembly job can be much easier if there are two people working together. Some of the Carts say "bone" color and some accessories are "putty grey". I''m confused. Are those accessories just for the grey Carts?

Putty Grey is a neutral color we use that blends with the Bone and Light Grey laminate colors. So, when you purchase a Bone or Light Grey Cart, the metal legs and base tube are Putty Grey. Additionally, when you purchase accessories for a Bone or Light Grey Cart that aren''t laminated (such as a SideRack) you will want them in Putty Grey so that they match the legs on your Cart. How fast do you ship my order? When your order is placed by 5pm PST, it will usually leave our dock the next business day. If, for some reason a delay is expected, we''ll let you know of the anticipated shipping date. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days from the time your order leaves our dock. If you prefer an expedited shipping method, just let us know and we can tell you what the freight charges are.

The Tilt Shelf offers a perfect solution if there is a need to store monitors up above the desktop level, yet have them at a comfortable viewing position. This incredibly strong shelf comes with a metal lip in the front to keep the monitors safely on the shelf, as well as a metal track and strap to hold them securely. The tilt can be set to a 14 degree angle, and attaches to the legs of the Bench at any height in one inch increments. A simple, compact Tilting Keyboard Tray with Mouse Shelf can be added to shelves above the main work surface for comfortable keyboarding. The attached mouse shelf hangs below the keyboard tray, minimizing the overall dimensions of this handy metal accessory.
